What's included
Comprehensive support from role briefing and CV search to screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiation.
Receive 3–5 application packages of pre-screened, qualified candidates tailored to your requirements. An application page will contain the CV, Cover letter, reference check report, and confirmed salary.
Each candidate undergoes a detailed assessment for professional experience, competencies, and educational background. RiH Recruit will conduct interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
A flat fee of a minimum of 3,000 EUR, with 50% paid before the service starts and 50% paid after the service is delivered.
RiH Recruit manages all administrative and coordination tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
