How we work
1. Discovery call - We work closely with you to understand your specific requirements, organizational culture, and desired candidate profile.
2. Candidate search - We leverage our extensive network and proven recruitment strategies to identify the most suitable candidates for the role.
3. Initial evaluation - We conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including experience verification, skills assessment, and profile analysis.
4. CV shortlist - We share a preliminary list of candidates selected from a larger pool of applicants, based on their qualifications and suitability for the role.
5. Interview, reference check, and salary negotiation - We conduct interviews, reference checks, and salary negation for roles under Recruit Complete and Recruit Custom packages, or if requested by the client.
